Full-Time Loan Servicer II

East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Loan Servicing Department is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Loan Servicer II.

Function:
Under the general supervision of the Loan Servicing Manager, perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in connection with the servicing of paid consumer, commercial and mortgage loans.

The following requirements must be met:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Banking environment performing retail or servicing duties
  or
  Minimum 2 years experience in a Banking environment performing retail or servicing duties and loan servicing experience required.
• 1-3 years loan servicing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of OSI-DNA a plus
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
