Administrative Assistant
Madison Park Development Corporation
Madison Park Development Corporation seeks an administrative assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to various departments. Duties will include: front desk coverage, coordinating office functions such as supplies & machines, scheduling appointments and meetings, assisting with preparation of proposals, reports, document production, and correspondence, and making weekly bank deposits.
Qualifications:
- Two years of advanced education, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, with an understanding of community, housing, and/or real estate
- Outstanding organization skills and high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with a diverse public.
