Full-Time Controller

East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Accounting Division is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Controller.

Function:

Under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer, plans for, coordinates, and manages, directly and through subordinates, the Bank’s finance and accounting functions in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures and strategic goals.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least seven years experience in bank accounting and financial management
• Well developed analytical, organizational and managerial skills.
