Part-Time Customer Service Center Assistant
East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Customer Service Center is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Center Assistant.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 1 year of Sales experience (telephone based preferred) in a retail environment with ability to project a professional and friendly image
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities as required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior switchboard/reception experience preferred
- Clerical experience preferred
- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours
