Full-Time Payroll and Benefits Administration Assistant
East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Human Resources Division is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Payroll and Benefits Administration Assistant.
Under the general direction of the Assistant Manager – Compensation and Benefits, perform a variety of duties pertaining to the payroll and benefits functions.
The following requirements must be met:
- 3 or more years payroll or accounting experience, working knowledge of Ceridian payroll system preferred
- 1-3 years benefits administration experience
- Excellent organizational, proofing and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, experience creating detailed reports
- Able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented department
- Able to set own priorities and organize work load effectively
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to work additional hours as needed
