Eneida Roman
Big Sister and principal attorney of Roman Law Offices, Eneida Roman received The Mentor Award at The Ad Club of Boston’s Annual Rosoff Awards.
For the past 16 years, The Ad Club’s Rosoff Awards have honored companies and people who are dedicated to meaningful diversity. The Mentor Award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions to a minority community by providing guidance and experience where applicable.
Roman has been matched with her Little Sister, Migleila, for more than seven years and is a founding member of Big Sister Association’s Diversity Council.
Roman is a licensed industrial/organizational psychologist, as well as a licensed attorney. She is a former psychologist consultant to Lawrence Public Schools and to the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University.
Roman has been an adjunct professor of psychology, organizational theories and behavior, diversity in the workforce, and negotiation at Cambridge College since 2005.
She recently became a faculty member for The Partnership, Inc., New England’s premier program expert in leadership development for professionals of color. She was recently recognized by El Planeta, the largest Hispanic newspaper in Massachusetts, as one of the Top 100 Individuals who have influenced the Hispanic community in Massachusetts.
