In this newly created position, Martinez will help design, develop and implement operational infrastructure to support current functions and anticipated growth, including in Dimock’s current and upcoming strategic plan.

Martinez brings more than 20 years of health care leadership experience in both hospital and health center settings. “I am thrilled to welcome Rosette as our new Chief Officer of Operations Integration,” said Myechia Minter-Jordan, president and CEO of The Dimock Center. “Her years of experience and skills working at the highest levels in hospital and community health settings will be an asset in leading and strategically enhancing frontline operations and improving efficiency across The Dimock Center.”
