Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) recently announced the appointment of Denise Kaigler as senior vice president of Corporate Communications.  In this role, she is responsible for all company communications. Kaigler, who joined Boston Scientific in May, is a member of the Company’s Operating Committee and Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council.

“Denise brings a broad and impressive range of strategic experience with a number of leading multinational companies to Boston Scientific,” said Ray Elliott, president and chief executive officer of Boston Scientific. “We are fortunate to have someone with her global experience to lead our corporate communications function.”

Kaigler has more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications, global public relations, marketing and corporate branding. Recently, she led the Corporate Affairs group at Nintendo of America.

Prior to Nintendo, Kaigler spent 17 years at Reebok International, beginning in media and public relations and eventually being promoted to senior vice president and chief communications officer.

Kaigler began her career in television news as a reporter, anchor and producer. Kaigler earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Emerson College, where she now serves as a member of the Board of Overseers.
