Neighborhood House Charter School – Request for Proposals (RFP)

Neighborhood House Charter School (NHCS) invites sealed proposals for Janitorial Services across three school campuses in Dorchester, MA. The full RFP, including specifications and required forms, may be requested by emailing smathias@thenhcs.org. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held Friday, May 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM, beginning at 21 Queen Street, Dorchester, MA. Sealed proposals must be received by 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 29, 2025, and will be publicly opened at 12:00 PM on Friday, May 30, 2025. NHCS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, §6.
