America CRRC Tangshan Rolling Stock LLC

In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requirements set forth in 49 CFR Part 26, America CRRC Tangshan Rolling Stock LLC, a Transit Vehicle Manufacturer pursuing FTA-funded rail car contracts in the USA, hereby proposes an overall goal of 7.03% percent for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation in contracting opportunities, Fiscal Year 2018. The DBE goal, along with the description of how the goal was developed, is available for public review and comment from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday, for 30 days following the date of this notice. America CRRC Tangshan Rolling Stock LLC will also accept written comments on this goal for 45 days following the date of this notice via mail to DBE Liaison Officer, America CRRC Tangshan Rolling Stock LLC at 1889 Preston White Drive, Suite 202, Reston, VA 20191; via email to dbecomments@CRRC-TS.com.
