Company One Theatre (C1) is excited to announce the launch of their revamped BosTEEN Artist Series. This six month series will introduce youth to theatrical career possibilities and foster a new generation of young theatre makers. BosTEEN is free and open to all individuals and youth organizations. To register, interested parties should contact Lauren Miller at lmiller@companyone.org.

From costume design to acting, teens will explore their creativity through hands on workshops led by theatre professionals and experience what goes into the artistic process. They will develop theatrical skills and conclude with a presentation of short plays written, directed, designed, and performed by the students.

The BosTEEN Artist Series was created during Season 15 as an opportunity for young, civic minded artists to engage with each other. While they have worked primarily with Hyde Square Task Force, Company One Theatre is excited to expand the series this season to include a wide range of youth organizations and individuals. The first workshop will focus on costume designing and be held midFebruary.
