We seek a new Account Executive who brings equal parts experience, smarts, fun, patience and passion to the job. As a member of of the AE team, you’ll work closely with a fabulous group of creative professionals. They’re hell-bent on producing the most amazing messages wrapped in stunning, captivating brands and design – and packaged to engage the right audience through the most appropriate media at the best possible time.

The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client activities for existing clients and will occasionally assist in cultivating new business.

The AE must be an excellent communicator who values research and is experienced with B2B, B2C and public sector markets. The ability to collaborate with different constituencies, solve problems, deliver outstanding client service, meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize tasks are all indispensable skills for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a link between senior agency management and clients.
  • Provide day-to-day account management.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with clients.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, keep them informed, and address any questions or issues as soon as possible.
  • Act as project leader for a range of assignments, from collateral development to marketing plans and major social and advertising campaigns.
  • Present campaign plans to clients for approval or modifications.
  • Able to build budgets and track results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years experience in marketing, advertising, social marketing and/or health communications
  • Demonstrated interest in social issues especially health, non-profit and/or corporate social responsibility
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills a must
  • Participation with/on non-profit boards or volunteer experience a plus
  • Bilingual skills a plus
