It’s all about music and the theater this weekend. Here’s a look at what’s hot in the city!

Tonight (Thursday), Jadakiss performs at 8 p.m. at the Middle East Downstairs in Cambridge. Tickets: $30, General Admission; $75 VIP (includes GA ticket plus early entry and meet & greet at 7 p.m., a signed CD and photo.

Also tonight is the show Ladies of Boston Rock! featuring Shea Rose, Dutch Rebelle and DJ Leah V at Brighton Music Hall at 8 p.m. Tickets: $18.50; www.ticketmaster.com.

This Friday, Berklee College of Music presents an MLK Keynote Presentation with Chuck D and Berklee faculty members at the Berklee Performance Center at 7 p.m. Admission: Free.

Scullers Jazz Club presents saxophonist and vocalist Grace Kelly this Saturday at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets: $30 Show; $70 Dinner & Show; www.scullersjazz.com.

On Sunday, the American Repertory Theater presents the world premiere of Suzan-Lori Parks’ powerful new drama, Father Comes Home From The Wars (Parts 1, 2 & 3), at the Loeb Drama Center at 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $25 and $35; www.americanrepertorytheater.org
