The Transportation Services Assistant at the Massachusetts Port Authority provides administrative support for the Transportation Services Unit, maintains and updates the private carrier database and provides administrative assistance with the unit’s customer service programs.
EDUCATION LEVEL: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD: 1 – 3 years in account and contract coordination, administration, and billing.
