Property Manager

United Housing Management LLC seeks an experienced professional to manage a Section 8 development, using Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LHITC). The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in managing at least 150 units with Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit; ability to interpret and analyze financial projections; experience and skill in team building and motivation including strong organization skills with strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate effectively with people of various backgrounds. Bi-Lingual is a plus. Professional Certification as a Property Manager and Tax Credit Specialist are required. A LHITC skills test will be administered prior to offer.
