Part-Time Customer Service Center Assistant

East Cambridge Savings Bank’s Customer Service Center is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service Center Assistant.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 1 year of Sales experience (telephone based preferred) in a retail environment with ability to project a professional and friendly image
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities as required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Switchboard/reception experience preferred
• Clerical experience preferred
• Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
