A vital member of the ABCD leadership staff since 1999, she has served as Vice President, ABCD Head Start and Children’s Services since 2003. Prior to joining ABCD, Scott-Chandler served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Scott-Chandler received her degree from Northeastern University Law School and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Tufts University.
