Beacon ABA Services, Inc. is conducting a search for a Chief Operating Officer. Founded in 1997, Beacon has served families for over 20 years and is a leading provider of homebased autism services.

This recruitment is specifically focused on identifying an individual with the capacity to enhance and expand Beacon’s Mission and Strategic Plans. Applicants must possess an advanced degree in a discipline relevant to the agency mission, a certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA), and substantial experience administering related human service functions. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of Beacon, for recommending policy directions and decisions to the President, and for implementing policies of Beacon. The Chief Operating Officer is also expected to foster and develop strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community partners.
