It’s been a slow, ongoing improvement. I think in the end it will be beautiful, although I just wish it would move a little faster. |

It looks like it needed a shot in the arm, and as long as it creates jobs in our city, then that’s a good thing. If the people are not working and participating in the building of their own community, then that’s not good. |
