Mayor Thomas M. Menino (left) launched the City’s first-ever iPhone application that provides residents a direct connection to City Hall for requests and complaints regarding all issues ranging from potholes to fallen trees and graffiti. The application is part of the brand new “Citizens Connect” suite of online services that constituents can use to report a problem or pay their taxes or parking tickets.
